EAGLE BEACH-The luxurious Oceania Residences condominium project
presently under construction at Eagle Beach will add 66 additional
condominiums in what is to be phase two. The first phase consisting out of
55 condominiums began construction in early 2004 and will be ready in
early 2006. The sales of condominiums was so successful that a second
phase is now incorporated in the project.


The new complex of 66 luxurious oceanfront condominiums will be
constructed adjacent to the first complex. The second phase will consist
out of three 4-storey buildings (Arashi building, Boca Grandi building and
Boca Catalina building), 3 additional swimming pools, a racquet social
club, 2 tennis courts and parking spaces.

The sales of condominiums in the 2nd phase have already started. The
cheapest condominiums are priced at US$380,000.00 the most expensive
condo's are US$1.4 million. The cheapest as well as the most expensive
condominiums are already sold says Gloria Vega managing director of
1st-option real estate . Sales are going well with only a few more rooms
left.

The construction of the 2nd phase will begin early 2006 and will be
completed at the end of 2007.
