Good morning. I am sore from working in the yard yesterday. I do feel my muscles in my legs and back. So today, I just take it easy. Reading my newspapers, sipping on a cup of coffee. Call with my sister this afternoon. I miss visiting her in person. Evert is getting better each day; he is becoming more his old self step by step. But we keep staying in self imposed quarantaine until he is either vaccinated or the cases Covid are decreasing faster than they are now.

Donna, glad to see you post again. We missed you and were a bit worried. Sorry about your mother. But it is a good thing she can continue to live in her own place.

Laura, glad the read the positive news about Regina.

Froggy, how was you check up?

Mornin' y'all. Just the usual Saturday running around today, which will hopefully include finding a tree.

Bon dia.
Still dark, but a warm 72° is reported. Hope to go for a walk after sunrise.
Staying in the 70s.
Have a good one, kids!

Morning all. I guess the checkup went ok yesterday because they sent me home. My doctor hasn't read them yet so I will probably see sometime time week what he says.
Sorry to read about your mom Donna but like Ingrid said at least she can stay in her apartment.

Good Morning! DonnaP, happy to 'see' you, sorry your mother is failing. Good that there is enough help so she can stay home! JohnT, you are handling your cable issue very well....I should take a lesson from you....my dealings with our company are something I am not proud of  (though knock on wood so far so good!) Froggy , glad check up is good so far. Ingrid delighted to read Evert is getting stronger, hugs to you both! Kelly, happy tree hunting! Sunny and bright here this morning....so more laundry on my agenda!
Have a great Saturday friends, stay safe! :D

Good morning everyone. Sunny right now with clouds coming in later. The temps are suppose to be in the low to mid 60's. Our family is renting a house at Deep Creek Lake for Thanksgiving so I'll start packing today. This is a vacation where the dress code is sweats/pjs. Our rental is in the woods so our activities will be hiking and walking eating and drinking.

Have a great day everyone.

Good Morning!
Dreary fall day.
Might get out of the little corner of my room and go downstairs and coach Jim along as we make spinach balls to freeze for Turkey day.
My therapist had me go outside yesterday.....got in and out of the SUV and walked the driveway with my walker.
Wishing you all a Beautiful Saturday!

Good morning, I've got a meeting at the shelter at 10. The "lead volunteers" including me have been giving some pushback to the bosses because we are understaffed and cannot give the cats/kittens the attention they need. I'm not sure if anything will be accomplished, but I'll let ya'll know at HH.

Good morning! We may actually get some rain today. Cloudy, chilly and wet sounds miserable but it is so dry, I'll take it for some rain. I'm going uptown to the nephew's bar for brunch but not for a couple hours. In the meantime I want to go to another hardware store and see what they have to offer for a threshold. The fence is almost done except for a couple gates.

Pat, Happy Anniversary!! Cool flamingo!

Dars, it sounds like you're getting around better every day!

Donna, I'm glad you're back home and all is well.

Judi, I googled Deep Creek Lake--it's all the way across the state!
