Hey y’all. Out by myself bar hopping. Have the swamp taxi today. I really miss the power of an 8 cylinder. At tio Pepe for one then off to Pacifico in San nic.

Where is everyone? Do people still have jobs?

Yes, a non-paying job for me  Blaine, one of our black kittens was on his way to a new home when I left "work". He'd cry in his cage to get out a good part of the day so I'm really happy he found a home. I'll be in at 5:00.

Yeah for Blaine 8) Just water for me. It's all fun and games until you put on a pair of shorts and they fit....when just 4 months ago they were too big to take to Ar*ba. Need to nip this in the bud; I only have 7 months to do it. (I'm not saying I'm not having a drink for 7 months  ) I think I'll go mow just to help things along...

At the tiki bar. Vodka lemonade and just ordered appys. FaceTime with Ronnie and Kat. Couldn’t really hear them over the music at the bar so I went out to the dock. Too windy there. I think they said they could hear me. FaceTime with judi too I could hear her she couldn’t hear me. Cheers everyone.

Oh...Come on Karen...Your still as hot as you ever was  ...Bring that plumber back to fix those pipes

I'm smoking a rump roast ( if you do it right )...It turns out great....sides will be BB..( sorry John )...and mashed taters....Some butter pecan is waiting.
I have been sweating this whole day, so a good shower, and a few cold buds has been so rewarding.

We need rain so...so...bad.
Truly...I wish I was with Judi.

Cheers.
In with lemon sparkling water.

Trizz'ed late lunch of tuna & salmon sashimi with side of steamed veggies. Planning to have the rest for a late dinner.

Trying to drop major pounds. A lifetime struggle for me. Logging my meals and tracking my steps. Finishing week 2 of a year long healthy lifestyle plan. :? Thanks to Dan, I'll be craving butter pecan ice cream the rest of the day.

Had a wonderful dinner at the Italian restaurant. And two glasses of really good wine. About to go to bed, now.

Just came in from Monomoy and we had a good day fishing so we are having fresh bluefish pan fried and clams on the grill. Of course some scotch for me pinot grigio for Nancy.
Karen and Donna. What is with the shorts now fitting and need to lose weight? I do not understand. Look once we are over 30 years old we are what we are and that is GREAT PEOPLE. Leave it at that and enjoy who we are and that is a GREAT People. So drink up and mow the lawn.
Hope I did not offend?

I was afraid to join the Facetime video this afternoon - I just got in from work and didn't want anyone to see me  . I'm in with a gin and tonic or two and we're having burgers on the grill. I think my weight is shifting a bit...I've got a waist but no butt/hips so my shorts and jeans are always falling down. By the way the deck is now in trimmed trees.

No offence taken

Good Luck Donna, writing things down is the only way I can be accountable.

There is definitely a 'shift' happening, Laura.

Wahoo! Just came back from Bahama Breeze....or perhaps that is just what I call it. I had a burger and DH had coconut shrimp tacos. We were celebrating his 65th birthday. Imagine that......65. We were just kids when we met, he was 20 and I was 19. We dated for 2 years and got married days before my 21st birthday. He was designated driver tonite and had Diet Coke but I was celebrating with Aruba Red beer. 2 to be exact.
We will be taking the kids out for lunch tomorrow. Today is their 6th wedding Anniversary. And then, next Wednesday....we will leave to visit our oldest daughter in Cincinnati. August is the best!!
Life is good.....wicked awesome good.
