There is lots of good advice here. You can only do what you are comfortable with. Glad there is a slight improvement with Steve. Prayers that he continues to improve. Any results on Sue's stress test?

Ammonia level in his brain went from 100 down to 30 which they said is good what ever that means?

As I recall from dealing with my dad's health issues, high ammonia levels in the brain are a result of liver issues such as disease or cirrhosis. Lowered levels are a good sign that liver function may be returning to normal.
